Match Play 21 BLackjack Strategy

Unlike other online blackjack games, there’s only one spot in Match Play 21, so it’s just you against the dealer. The dealer will deal you two cards face up, and your objective is to get as close to a value of 21 as possible without going over. You’ll be playing against the dealer, who will also be trying to get their cards up to a value of 21. A blackjack, which consists of an Ace with a face card, automatically wins. Although there aren’t any side bets, you’ll win a large payout for certain hands that add up to 21.

Rules to Play Match Play 21

In Match Play 21, all of the 10s have been removed from the deck. Multiple decks are played, and the cards are reshuffled after every hand. If a player gets 21, they always win. You can double once anytime, and you can also surrender at anytime to get back half of what you bet. You can only split twice to play up to 3 hands at once.

Blackjack pays 3 to 2, and insurance pays 2 to 1. The dealer will offer you insurance if the card that they deal themselves facing up is an Ace. Also, the dealer must hit on a soft 17.

Cards 2 through 9 will represent their face value while face cards have a value of 10. Aces have a value of 1 or 11. It all depends on which one would make for a better hand.

After dealing you two cards, the dealer will deal themselves one card facing up and one card facing down. Using this information, stipulate your chances of landing a hand closer to 21. You are then given the option to either stand, hit, double down or split your hand. If you go over 21, you bust and automatically lose the round.

As you’ll have a final value of 21, your hand will automatically win the game.
